Hi guys

I am abit confused. I have a movie 90min or so long, and am using res of 544x576. To reach my target file size for 1 cd i have had to lower the CQ to 50, but i have done about same length movie before and had about a CQ of 70-80. So how come this movie is going as low as 50? is it how much action is in the movie or something?

Please explain

Thanks all.

hi Adder

you wrote:
"..i have had to lower the CQ to 50,..."
seems that you don't use the "file prediction"
it makes the work for you and find the better CQ.
see all about in the thread.

and

"..is it how much action is in the movie...?
yes, it too.
and more... darkness, and the script that you use to convert ....
