Hi big,
You can use TMPEG to cut mpeg files, but I strongly discourage you to do that. The result is, most of the time, out of sync issues. TMPEG is very good demultiplexing, but not multiplexing. Also, you can't split by size on TMPEG as you can with BBMpeg. I still don't understand why you are having problems with BBMPEG
Do you have another machine where you can try it out
