Anyone here hack the credits off before encoding?

I was suprised to find on my last encode that 50MB on my second CD was dedicated to credits! I'm sure this space could be better used, but how much better quality will it give?

Any thoughts on the topic?

Thanks!

well it depends on the credits time I think. Sometimes they are really short, and they don`t use to much space, but ie, in LOTR Fellowship.... extended version the credits are over 15 mins long, so you will win a lot of space chopping them off
