KVCD: How to Stop the Audio from Getting Out of Sync?

Hi I'm back again.

I remember in one of the posts someone mentioned a line to add in the script to stop the audio from getting out of sync, but I can't remember which post it was. COuld some nice person give me the line to add? I'm still hopeless at scripts. And how do I encode a file which is currently around 450 -550 mbs to 400 exact? I'm still hunting for answers and would REALLY apprieciate any help I can get.
