Sizes are confusing.
1.mpg is 41:59 in WinDVD, 42:40 in HCMatic @23.976,...

Small HCenc m2v output

Encoding OTA HDTV capture of 24. Encoded with TMPGenc and HCenc. Resulting m2v sizes completely different. TMPGenc.m2v = 912,361, HCenc.m2v = 380,820. Where have I screwed up this time?
