I believe the card should have brought a small cable with two RCA connectors (red and white tips) that end in a small stereo plug.
If you don't have that cable, you can get it at any Radio Shack...

So I guess the 150 is a trimmed down version of the 250.

The PVR 350 is identical to the 250, except it has a hardware MPEG decoder, and TV out.

May I suggest you get a Hauppage Win TV-PVR 250 :)
This way, you can capture at a very high bitrate (~12Mbps), and then transcode to KVCD/KDVD.
You'll LOVE the captured quality ;)...
