Oh it seems that DialHot has the solution. There are in the First GOP some bad Frames which VDub doesn't read but for example in WMP the frames will be displayed.

But you think if I insert in my Process.bat "- noskip" I haven't this problems?

I wanna test it.

I don't think so because only the Mencoder...

I don't think so because only the Mencoder encoded Video have less frames and no others.

I exacly know it if I encode AVS Scripts with make AVIS. Then I've lost some frames. I don't know with VOB but I can test it. What do you think is my problem?
