so what u r saying is that with aspect ratio turned on in windvd, that thats the real way it encoded?
what I dont know is, is my kvcd made wrong then? should I redo it & make sure no grey borders...

Thats excellent BUT not enough space left for calculated 128kbps audio or multiplex.
Would have setting "Deep Prediction" in cqmatic...

my d2v is d:\kvcd.d2v
my avs is c:\kvcd.avs & c:\kvcd.tpr & I'm still getting negative # file size...

OR does the d2v & avs files have to be in a simple dir too?
