Did a 90-sec sample of a TV show from AVI in two passes. Quality was okay, but I didn't apply any filters at all. I wasn't sure where to set the bitrates, so I used 1500/2500.

Can anyone clue me in on how to use the KVCD notch matrix in QuEnc? I just downloaded v0.53, and it worked great for a short sample MPEG2 for standard SVCD (but it was 50 MB).
