Hello there!

I have converted my old VHS tape (120 min.) to digital format and divide it into clips. the problem is the videos are in low quality, full of horizontal scratches, and the picture is shaking.

So, I am looking for someone to fix all these problems and make it 4k quality, if you are providing this kind of service, please back to me with all details such as what are you going to do? where I can upload the videos? how long this will take, and how much will cost me?

Looking forward to hearing from you

Why not give them 8K while you're at it? Just a few extra minutes of magic processing.
