I recently upgraded my mobo & processor to an Intel 865 PERL with a P4 3.4 GHz, the board has an almost extinct AGP 4x/8x slot so I was able to retain my prize possession ATI AIW 128 Pro. The 128 PRO hack was working fabulously on my old system under XP SP2, long story short I've attempted to do the hack on my new system (also XP Home SP2) and can't get the .bat file that allows the install to start to run in my Windows temp folder. It will run from pretty much anywhere else on the computer including the desktop. I know for certain that I've done the steps properly and in the right order because I've done the hack numerous times for myself and others, and it worked fine on my old system even under SP2. The system doesn't seem to like running the .bat file from the temp folder, it opens the window and promptly disappears, When you run the MMC 8.7 exe file it copies the cab files to it's folder on the hard drive and just sits there without going any further. The card is working perfectly with VDub and iuVCR etc. but I am really missing the realtime MPEG capture that MMC can give me. Any suggestions?? Thanks GMaq
