Virtualvcr, ATI 650 USB, Windows 10. I believe virtualvcr sees my ati 650, but the output from recording is just black fuzz.

iuVcr works great with the 650.

I've never been fond of VirtualVCR anyway.

iuVCR can work, but I'm not a fan of that one, either. It was mostly good for BT8x8 cards long ago, because many of them failed to work correctly with VirtualDub.

VirtualDub is the best software for AVI capturing losslessly or uncompressed.

For ATI 650 cards, ATI CMC should be good for MPEG capturing as well.
