Thanked 1 Time in 1 Post
I have 52 video clips that my girls did when they were little. Basically it was a quiz, therefore lots of questions 51 of them and 1 answer video.

I can quite happily append them all together in virtualdub2, but as they are questions clips, I want to put a 5 second pause between each one

any ideas?

I'd personally use a linear editor for that such as Davinci Resolve which is free as it's easy to put pauses in and reorder the clips however you want. I'd probably say deinterlace the clips with QTGMC before putting them into the timeline and scale up some as well.

What kind of pause you want? black screen, freeze frame, background? Either way you can make 5 seconds clips of any frame or picture and give them incremental file names and append them with the rest of the videos.
