I am using BeSweet for all of my WAV files to MP2. Im just wondering I have been selecting for TooLame.exe as jus BeSweet.exe. Do I need to download a TooLame.exe program or what? Thanks!

No, all supportefd format are handled with dll that are (almost) all delivered with besweet.exe. No need to external tool except for DTS.
