Well I wrote wrong, 41000 instead of 44100 so now that's clear but now I got stuck with something else, yippie

First, should convert using tooLame or Besweet?

I've tried both and when I use tooLame my output looks like this: MPEG-1 Layer 2 112 kbps 48000 Hz (I'd like to have 44100Hz but it just wont change )

With BeSweet the output looks like this:
MPEG-1 Layer 2 128 kbps 44100 Hz (I want 112 kbps....)

I'm stuck

You have to set in the "ssrc" tab the correct sample rate you want (44100)
Then in 2lame tab, set the correct birtate (112).
Return in Besweet tab, check the "ssrc" box and launch the convertion.

(You should see in the command line window the paramerer ssrc(44100) and 2lame(-m d -b 112)"

I did everything as you said but the output file still is MPEG-1 Layer 2 112 kbps 48000 Hz

Code:
"D:\Blandat\BeSweet\BeSweet.exe" -core( -input "d:\CD1\lotr org mp2_Fixed01.wav" -output "d:\CD1\lotr org mp2_Fixed01-New.mp2" -logfilea "D:\Blandat\BeSweet\BeSweet.log" ) -ota( -hybridgain ) -ssrc( --rate 44100 ) -toolame( -m d -p 2 -b 112 -e )

Did you notice that the mp2 generated is called "...-New.mp2" ? That means that you already have a mp2 on the disc and besweet don't want to overwrite it !

Check if you use the correct mp2 in your final video
