Just had my first real problems with ripping. Have a 2 Disk set, Korean movie, first disk Ripped out great, ran DVD2AVI/TEMPGEnc/KDVD Template, Video and Audio in place, now on to the second DVD, Ripped with many programs, Video comes out great, ran through DVD2AVI, I can see the resulting WAV file, but it has not sound in it, will not play back with anything, I have tried various players. Nedd some help on this one. Thanks in advance.
Aloha

Hi Bud:
Go back to DVD2AVI and select another audio track. Then press "F5", and see what the status windows shows. Do that for track 1, 2, 3, 4. See what you get.

I'll try that, but I did it on Track 1 and Track 2 with the same results, on Disk one I used CladDVD 1.3 and I was able to select the Korean Audio Track during the rip, I tried that with CD two but ther was no aduio, the disk plays back fine in WINDVD or PowerDVD so I knwo the original DVD is in good shape. Will keep going through the tracks to ID the proper one. Thanks for you assistance. Will let you know later........
Aloha

OK ran the test on various tracks, the ogiginal listing is Track 1, that is the correct track, I was able to play back the DVD2AVI wav file with no problems, ran the d2v and WAV through TMPGEnc as a test and it appears that TMPGEnc is causing the problem, I still get no sound in teh MPGE file, using the KDVD 352x480 Half Template. So what happen in TMPGEnc?

Hi Bud:
Can you process the audio with an external audio encoder. Maybe headac3he, toolame, or scmpx?
