Don't decode with DVD2AVI, just
demux!
Do the decode with HeadAC3eh... you will get a better audio.
You can decode directly to MP2.
If you have to edit the audio (fadein/fadeout or something for a music clip), then decode to WAV, do the edit, and encode to MP2. But remenber to set the delay to 0 (zero) in the second encode (WAV-MP2), because the delay was already set in the first decode (AC3-WAV).
HeadAC3he gets the delay automaticaly from the file name that DVD2AVI makes. If you leave it that way, you will apply the delay 2 times, and your audio will be slightly out of sync.
