Yes, I've seen adam's excelent tutorial. But it takes so long to do an authoring for a VCD, that I just encode, ChapterXtractor-->> VCDEasy with original DVD chapters, burn, and watch.
But if anyone wants to have menus "a la DVD", then his guide is the perfect way to go
