I'm trying to burn KDVD with a CD-R. Everytime I burn it with Nero, it failed on me. I wasted a lot of cd's.

Can you please show me the correct way to burn it.

If you are using the KDVD Full D-1 template, it produces MPEG-2 DVD compliant files.
It is to be used with DVD's. Not for CD-R's.
You can use the KDVD Half D-1 template on a CD-R, by burning as SVCD, but your standalone DVD player must support SVCD playback.
