have you tried burning with FireBurner? and just to eliminate the possibility of the jumpiness being the actual burning, since it doesnt happen with nero, try , if u havent already, installing DaemonTools.
Then loading you image (the cue part of the bin/cue image) into daemon, then playing the video from the virtual CDRom drive (that daemon tools) creates. and it if looks like its playing ,, do a CD to CD copy using nero, i'd suggest to a cd-rw first , then test it on your tv/dvdplayer.
Fireburner has probably failed on my one or two times out of about 120 + cd's or so, but thats cuz i was doing too many other things on da system or trying out cheapie media.
