Hi All,

I need some advice about WinTV USB. I picked up the unit at a flea
market for 1 dooollaaaar. I tracked down the docs, drivers, and software
to run TV tuner, FM radio, etc. It's suppose to also capture, but I don't
any experience with any capture device. Can someone recommend
a link or how to guide to help get me started.

Thanks

Hi black prince,

Got to hauppage's web site and download the WDM drivers. Then you can use Vdub to capture

Thanks Kwag. It has a S-video input for VCR and I'm dying to try
backing VHS tapes to CD. A lot of my sci-fi movies are on tape. This
is the best find for 1 doooollaaar I've every made.

WinTV USB will not capture higher than 320x240. It plays
TV and FM fine, but any capture is limited to 320x240. I'm going
to try LBR (352x240) and hope it turns out ok. Any suggestions
please post them.
