I think you will like this one! You create an account and install a toolbar:
then you continue your normal browsing. Just as usual.
1] When you like a site you click on "I like it" so you create your own database of links you like.
2] when you dislike a link you click "Nor for me"
The interesting part is when you are "bored", you choose a category and click "Stumble!". It you present you a good (most voted) link of that category:

2] click on "Stumble!" you will get a new (good) of your common like page:
believe-me: you will probably find link you would never think about it
