I dropped Regcorrect after it destroyed something in my register that should have not been removed. After this a lot of programms can't be uninstalled (error when I launched the uninstaller).

For defragging, I recommend PerfectDisk by Raxco.

For optimizing, I like Tune Up. It's a shareware but there's trial version.
To protect the startup list, startup monitor free, and very small (500k of ram).
Note : it doesn't monitor the services. As far as I know.

Hi Spaskter ,
I always thought that you had registered with the wrong username.
And now that I look at your new avatar I feel pretty sure that I was not mistaken lool.
BTW, nice seeing you around .
Yep, I know that x-setup software.
Unfortunately I still haven't tested it on my PC but I'm a little bit affraid of doing so because a friend of mine tried it last month and it screwed up big time his PC internet.
No matter what browser he would use (IE, FF, Opera, etc...) a single web page would not take less than 2 minutes to finish downloading.
And I'm talking about a very simple web page that usually takes less than 5 seconds.
But I will test it anyway because I also know some guys that told me that it woks wonders on his PCs .
Cheers

Yes it is mistyped! That was a long time ago... I knew that but I just "left" it because I memorized my many accounts that way
By the way: Sparkster is a very goof game for SNES/SEGA GENESIS
