DVD2AVI: No Sound DVD2AVI

After ripping a DVD (Heat) via SmartRipper I want to use DVD2AVI to
frameserve it to TMPEGEnc. DVD2AVI wrote about 650KB .d2v file and
about 1.8GB .wav file which should contain the selected audio track.

If I'll play the .wav file there is no sound, encoding both with TMPEGEnc
results in a mpg file without sound.

Has I made an error?

Don't use DVD2AVI to process your audio. Use MPEG Mediator to open your VOB's, and then "export" your AC3 to WAV. Then use headac3he to encode your WAV to .mp2.
