Can someone help me in this issue?
I need that my output have more than 4.3 gb, for example to fit on a dual layer.
I tried to increase the file size output, in the configuration menu but it didn't work. It still have 4.3 gb or less

If you do that, your risk is that max bitrate go across the max limit supported by DVD standard (and your SAP). For this reason, with many encoders you won't be able to do that.
Better is that you go thinking in:

1 - Do a exact copy that your source with more than 4.7 GB, including menus, etc., etc.,
2 - Put more that 1 movie in your dual layer DVD media.

I need to go to my brother home, I try to go by bus, but it didn't go there. Someone can help me ?

Dialhot is a joker, for sure, but not this time.
That what Dialot wrote is a metaphor. You need to increase size of video file ("I need to go to my brother home..."), then increase your average or/and max bitrate ("I try to go by bus..."), but your encoder don't permit you to do it ("but it didn't go there.")

Increased the file size where
How
What Menu
What setting
What program

We are not magicians

So if you ask a nonsense question, you will get a nonsense answer
