hi there everyone,
touching on an already covered subject covered in the forum, I get the above warning in TMPGEnc when I open it and try and load AVS file. I have tried to download the link on the site for the zip file but the link appears to be broken. I need the above .dll file. Can anybody give me a link to it please.
I would be much obliged.
thank you all.
Blubear.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli

(oh... there is a new release ! I didn't know )

Trust me, the vdb23.dll file does not exists on any PC I own or did own and everything works correctly.
You should look further in the forum to find the real solution to your problem because the error message is nothing but a big joke !

The vsfilter.dll is used by avisynth when you want to insert a subtitle in your script. As any plugin, it has to go in the plugin directory of avisynth.

Unfortunally I do not remember what is the real reason.
