Encoding: Real Media to JPEG ?

Hi guys,

I have a Real Media (.rmvb extension) file here and I want to cut out one single frame and save it as an JPEG, Bitmap, PNG or another picture file.

How can I do that ?

Hi Bchteam ,
Just create a script where instead of Mpeg2Source() you use DirectShowSource().
Like if your Real Media filename is movie.rmvb your script should look like:
DirectShowSource("d:\movie.rmvb",fps=25)
Use fps=25 or the corresponding figure according to your source.
Now open your script with VirtualDubMod.
Browse the movie clip and find the frame you want to copy.
Go to the "Video" menu and choose "Snapshot output frame".
There you can choose BMP, TARGA or PNG.
You have to be using at least Avisynth 2.5.
