TMPGEnc: Illegal Floating Decimal Point Calculation Order Error

Ok dvd2svcd runs fine til it gets to the encoder step. When tmpg loads up then I get ILLEGAL FLOATING DECIMAL POINT CALCULATION ORDER error. Could someone please help. I want to test this software out. Thanks for any help.

Are you using the DVD2SVCD RC3 ?

I'm useing DVD2SVCD 1.0.9 Build 3 bundle with your updated files and matrix. I'm using the new tmpg also. Let me know if you need any more info.
