CQMatic Prediction time sometimes very fast (~1 minute) and sometimes very slow (15 minute) using full encode. Is there something wrong with the prediction time?

Heres what happen:
1st case:
if i choose "Full encode' and press "execute"
TMPgenc will not come out on the screen. only the CQMatic blinking several time just to show the encoding process is working. then after CQmatic get the Final CQ (around 1 minute process time), the process stop. and TMPgenc will pop out warning
"The image is invalid" and if i click "OK", TMPgenc will start encode the movie without changing the CQ setting in the TMPgenc.

2nd case:
i choose "Full encode' and press "execute".
TMPgenc screen will come out on the screen showing the movie encoding in the process to determine the Final CQ. After Final CQ has been determined, TMPgenc start automatically the movie encoding process with alteration of the CQ setting in TMPgenc. Process prediction time ~ 15 to 20 minute.

Which one of the case is the normal process of CQmatic. I guess the @nd case. So now, i want to know what is the problem.

Actually it is not, and the final result is probably 89.57 isn't it ?
That means that you have a problem in your tmpgenc project. The last error you have make me think that you should have a forbidden character in a filename or pathname (don't use anny accent, space or symbol and use short names).

Of course the correct one is the second
