This forum is for KVCD (or KDVD)
KVCD is MPEG1 (or 2).
KVCD is easy to be better than MPEG4.

100 MB for 8 minutes means 64 min on a 800 MB disc. KVCD is for 120 min on a single disc (ok, for fullscreen videoclips like yours, let say 90 min) Do the maths...

So to answer you short and straight : NO, noone on this forum can help you for what you want. But you can find help for that on either videohelp.com or doom9.org.
