KVCD: Illegal Stream Format???

I get an error readin Illegal Stream Format when I try to load the template????? what am i doing wrong???

How exactly are you loading the template?

The "Illegal stream format" is never displayed when loading a template. Only when loading an invalid audio/video stream.

I'm loading it from the "load" button in the bottom right corner of the program, as soon as I select the KVCD template, I get that same error. So, last night I entered all your settings manually with the notepad. I'm not sure if I did it right though because my ending file size was something over 900 MB for a 90 minute movie. when I was setting everything up to run it, the selections were pretty much ALL grayed out, is this right? or did I not unlock it??? and should Inverse telecine be ON? it was.
