KVCD: Size would Come Out to Over 1000 mb?

Hi. Newbie here. I am having trouble with the new template. I just tried to encode an hour and half movie using Tmpgnc using the new template and i found that the size would come out to over 1000 Mb....i dont know if im doing something wrong or what. please help!

What are you reading. And AVI, a .d2v project?
If it's a DIVx, that's probably why it's so big.
What are you converting from?

Ok...yea its a DivX. Is this new template just for direct Dvd Rips?
