I think MIB II is small because it's a very short film. I believe it runs like 85 minutes, and that's the reason that it fit's in a single layer DVD. BTW: If DVD authors used KDVD templates, all movies would fit fine in a single layer DVD. But marketing wise, it's a negative point for them, because they want to screw
I MEAN sell
you more stuff. With single layer disks, they can't make that much profit because dual layer media is more expensive and they can jack up the price so you pay more, and they make more $
