does anyone know an easy way to convert 23.976fps to 25fps cos all vcd's i do as 23.976 seem to have a problem where scenes slow down then speed up to play properly, it loses about 15 mins of movie cos of this to, and i have others that are done at 25fps that work perfect if anyone could help it would be great

Use Fitcd to make your .avs script.

Select the NTSC<=>Pal conversion in the middle of the fitcd window.

In your .avs script you can see the difference in resolution ( now itīs something x480 or x288 or x576 ) and youīll have a extra line "Assume FPS(25)" , or something like that, I donīt remenber the line very well.

Hope this helps. :P
