Hi all, this is my first time to post in here (new to KVCD), I used KVCD-CQ-352x288-_PAL_-PLUS.mcf to encode my movie (Anime 101 mins). I followed all the steps in your guide (Guide to convert Divx to KVCD). When I got to video encoding stage using TMPGEnc 2.510 and KVCD template above, I noticed that during the process TMPGEnc encodes a bit and stops, encodes a bit and stops again. During the sample test I noticed that where TMPGEnc stopped caused like split second freeze in my movie, when I encoded the whole movie I had the same problem.

There is option (do not frame rate conversion) that I ticked under the advanced tab the problem was resolved.

After I finished multiplexing using Bbmpeg I noticed that the video was Jerky and the audio was out of synch about 10 to 15 secs delay. I tried to change settings but without luck, I would like to know: what went wrong is it because of the option I ticked or multiplexing process went wrong. I would be grateful if someone could help me out with this.thx
