Is there a difference in the time it takes to encode a video using a KVCD template as compared to a standard CBR1150 VCD template? I am using a Celeron 1200 with 256MB RAM FWIW.

Try it out It might take a little longer, but I can't remember when I encoded my last CBR VCD so I really don't know... encode a small sample clip with both modes and see if the time changes...
