bbMPEG: Problems Muxing SVCD

hi boys,

When i mux a m2v-file with the BBMPG's standard settings for SVCD
the movie plays jerky on my standalone. When i mux the same file
with TMPGEnc the SVCD plays fine. Do I have to tune the settings to
get correct results with BBMPEG...any idea please...???

1) stream type = SVCD
2) uncheck Add SVCD scan offsets
3) uncheck Aling sequence headers
4) Force mux rate = 0 (zero)
