Hi Kwag,
you previously said that by althering CQ value by +/- 4, the final mpeg file size will be also +/- 100 MB. Is this assumption also correct, +/- 2 CQ value, the final mpeg file size is +/- 50 MB. Is it necessary to change CQ value by multiple of 4?? Can you also go to see "120 Minutes of video with KVCD template" the message of "Can't quite close to one disc" because I need your expert advise before encoding. Thanks!

The +-4 is a guideline. About 80% of movies work with that number. And then some will throw you way off
