Hi

Can i use the template kvcdx3 with a resolution 352*288 or do i use the specific template

for Fitting a 2hrs movie on a 1cd (because i am not happy with a 544*576 resolution)

or do i used 2 cd

Welcome Catena!

Sure you can use the same template with a different resolution. however for fitting a 2 hour movie on one CD there is no need to use such a low resolution. If 544x576 doesn't look good to you, why don't you try 352x576? that's probably a good compromise.
however my 2 hour encodes usually look great at 544x576. Are you using Avisynth and the newest script?
