KVCD: Which Resolution is Best?

Witch resolution should I write in my script if my source is 544x304, 29,970 Witch "tample" will do the best job And should I select MPEG-2 or MPEG-1 in ToK, witch will give me the best quality in this case

528x480 or 544x480 are pretty close to that. If your player doesn't support either of them, use 480x480.

EDiT: Use MPEG-1 for anything with bitrates lower than 3000 kbps.

That's your encoding bit rate. Not your source bit rate.
