I want to press the Matrix on one 800 MB CD-R.
The Video should be 805 MB big. Which settings or which template should I choose. I've test it 2-3 time. But every time a 500 MB big file.

Can you help me?

Did u tryed file prediction with ToK ???
If not then just download ToK, install , load your avs file resulted by MovieStacker , choose audio streem bitrate (128,112,96...) , check prediction only and START ....
CQ value generated by ToK adjust in TMPGenc and encode your "Matrix"
copy .
I hope this helped u

Erm.... I'm not trying to be an ass or anything (Ok, maybe I am just a little ), but aren't you the same Encoder Master who claims to know more about VCD creation than kwag or any of the rest of us here?

I don't know it because Kwg isn't very good and popular.
I'm the best and I was also interested in newcomers

With 2pass isn't it and my matrix is also selfmade and better than KVCD. Because I don't use the same Matrix.
So how come you're asking for help creating KVCDs now? I thought you were the best. I take it you've changed your tune now?

I've learned something. So I've test a lot.
And I think 2-pass is very good for slow films with some fast movings.
But CQ is better with many fast motions in Movies, so I want to know how I can make a realy good file size.

I assume you mean CCE's 2-pass in MPEG-2 right
Because TMPEG's 2-pass is no good besides CQ encoding in any mode ( fast or slow action )

Then you should have a long read here: http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2547 so you can learn the facts of "everyone's" tests and conclusions
