i made this movie:

1: The movie was dvd quality but you could see squares sometimes.
2: I opened virtualdub and saved the wav.
3: I opened headac3he and passed the wav to .mp2.
4: I opened TMPGEnc-2.510.49.157-Plus and loaded the divx and
and the .mp2 audio file.
5: I loaded the KVCD-CQ-352x240-_NTSCFilm_-PLUS(120 min).mcf
template
6: I clicked start , waited 2 hrs.
7: I got this great quality that looks like friggin dvd

note: the kvcd file is 500mb and the divx one was 700 mb and the friggin
kvcd version has better quality!!! i see no friggin squares and the
black parts of the movie are not gray or has squares like the divx
version, Does kvcd supose to make great movies like this?

There are two excelent guides available. One for DivX to KVCD, and another one for DVD to KVCD. Go to the main page at www.kvcd.net and look on the right side under "Articles". There you'll find:
(1) Guide to convert Divx to KVCD - Contributed by black prince.
(2) KVCD From scratch - A Users guide v1.1. Contributed by Red-M.
