it's easy. load up the vobs. Move the slider to the right until the last frame you want keep is showing. Then in the lower right you'll see 4 buttons. Click the one to the far right and you'll notice it hacked off everything from the frame you selected to the end.

I remove the credits from all my encodes to sqeeze out that extra bit of quality

It's very simple.
After you load your VOBs, scroll all the way to where you want to cut, and click on the " ] " button. That will select the end of the film. Now when you save your project, that will be the end marker

make a program for me called:
SPLITTER! (thank you again Miguel)

what Splitter do?
you open the .dv2 file and select the part that you want to cut!
you can divide your .dv2 in many parts with fine adjust
and give the exact times values for audio and video.
really cool.(cut better than dvd2avi really precise)

i will post in the portuguese forum to make a guide
of fadein/out in audio and video,
Marco.C (thanks Marcão))is helping me to post it.
i can send by mail if you want!

i was clear?(my poor english)

u can also do all this in tmpgenc, in source range. All u do is go to the last frame u want showing and go forward one frame, hit set as start frame. You should have just the end part of the movie highlighted. With the end part selected goto the button that says Cut Editing and click on cut currently selected area and bobs ur uncle.
