New KVCD 352x240 Template?

Kwag,

Why is your NTSC KVCD 352x240 template marked with a 'new' eye-catcher in your download page? Did you tweak it again?

Because the original KVCD template was 352x480. There was never an official 352x240 template.
So I merged the GOP and the Q.Matrix on all templates. This should solve compatibility issues with DVD players that don't like the 352x480, 704x480, while still allowing 2+ hours on a 80 minute CD-R.
Actually, because the MAX bit rate of the 352x240 template is 1,150Kbps, this should be the template that gives the longest play time of all.

KWAG I see a KVCD template for the NTSCfilm fps. 23.976 do you have KVCD template for the NTSC fps. 29.97 or will that new KVCD 352x240 will work for that fps?

Just change the frame rate to 29.97. It will work fine with all other parameters as set.
