Hi to all!
What' the best GOP setting to prediction and encode PAL movie with CQMatic? It's better a GOP set to 25 or 24?

For PAL, set the max frames per GOP to 25

25?? Shure? I thought 15 is the max for PAL? And 18 for NTSC?

hmmmm ...
24(ntsc) or 25(pal) for KVCD, 15/18 for old cartoons or anime and KDVD (DVD standard).

Yes, sure
Those are KVCD settings. Not DVD settings
