I've just encoded my first kvcd with tmpgenc and the kvcd template from here.

It seemed to have encoded fine but there is no audio at all.

Am i doin something wrong?

No. Nothing wrong.
Now you have to encode your audio.
Please look at the guides available on the main portal at www.kvcd.net
Look on the right side, under "Articles".
