I was wondering if there was (and excuse me if I describe this wrong) a way to get rid or fix pixelated or blur out part of a movie that someone manually done. I was thinking a video editor but I don't know where to start anyways, any suggestions thx in advance!

If bluring and pixelling is INTO the source you can't do anything to restore the information that were there before.

Crap in Crap out.

(but you're right : perhaps your question is bad described ?)
