Sorry for all the questions tonight

Is the x3 template better and newer then the x2 template?

I want to do a 704x480 encode and was wondering if it was better to use KVCDx2 704x480 or use the KVCDx3 528x480, but use 'Unlock' and change the x2 resolution to 704x480

The x2 templates are old
They don't even have the newer "Notch" matrix.
Use the KVCDx3 parameters, and change the resolution to 704x480 to get the effect you want.
