Hi i downloaded the kvcd guide but it wasnt clear too me how too do it. I dont wanna rip from dvd. I just simply need too know the steps for making like 200 minutes of mpgs on one vcd.

Those are DivX repair links

@VCD83,

Just follow the guides, and jump over the ripping process.
Start on the DVD2AVI and "Frame serving" sections.
Read about "AviSynth" on the respective forum.
