If one has an encoded SKVCD file, can it be reprocessed without changing the bitrate, etc?

The question is related to logo removal on previously encoded captures. The large source files are long gone and I don't want to affect the files beyond logo filtering.

Whatever you want to do on the image means reencoding.
So... just forget.

Thanks, Phil

Thought so. As I don't want to compress further, will forget.
